What Clinton said was that Bush is wrong about the "economic" reasons for not having manditory caps on co2 emissions.
Bush is following scientific advisors that do not believe there is "proof" that man is causing global warming. In fact, some very good and well known scienists do not see any proof that there is global warming at all.
I recently read a long article by one of those scientists and was amazed how many holes there are in the arguments being hyped in the news media.
In fact most scientists admit while there may be some warming - it is not proven beyond normal swings in climate - yet even so stoping pollution is a good idea.
So - your comment title is wrong - and maybe Bush is not wrong - maybe he is - all is not proven yet!
